We want to be completely transparent about how we ship your MYCHILLO order and how long it will take to reach you.

1. Free Shipping — Always

MYCHILLO offers free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. No minimum order value. No hidden charges at checkout.

2. How We Fulfil Your Order

All MYCHILLO orders are fulfilled from a European fulfilment centre. We work with specialist fulfilment and logistics partners to pick, pack, and dispatch your order, then hand it to a carrier for delivery to your address.

3. Order Processing Time

Before your order is dispatched, it goes through our fulfilment process:

• Standard products (in stock): 1–3 business days
• Custom or print-on-demand products: 5–15 business days (stated clearly on the individual product page)

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with a selection of reliable European carriers to fulfil your order. The carrier used depends on your delivery destination and product type. All carriers we use provide tracking information.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed during transit between carrier hubs. If your tracking has not updated for several days, this does not necessarily mean your order is lost — it may simply be in transit. If you have concerns, please contact us.

7. Customs & Import Duties

We ship from a European fulfilment centre. For orders within the European Union (Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands), no customs duties apply under EU single market rules.

For orders to the United Kingdom, following Brexit, shipments from EU countries may pass through UK customs. We include all required customs documentation with every shipment. However, any UK customs duties or import VAT charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout. If you are unsure about potential charges, we recommend checking with HMRC or your local customs authority before ordering.

8. What If My Order Is Late?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please:

1. Check your tracking number for the latest status
2. Check with your local post office or neighbours in case a delivery attempt was made

9. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, additional costs for redelivery may apply and may be the customer's responsibility.

10. Returned or Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, failure to collect from a local post office, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or discuss a refund. Please note that the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from any refund in such cases, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, customs authority decisions, or international conflicts. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At MYCHILLO, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy. This policy explains your rights and how to use them.

1. Your Legal Right to Return — 14 Days

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order and return goods within 14 calendar days of receiving your delivery, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under:

• UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
• EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU

To exercise this right, simply notify us before the 14-day period expires by emailing support@mychillo.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to return your item.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel
• Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
• In original packaging with all tags still attached
• Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any marks

We may reduce your refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

3. Deduction of Shipping Costs on Free Shipping Orders

MYCHILLO offers free shipping as its only delivery method. Where you have benefited from free shipping on your original order, please note the following:

If you exercise your right to cancel and return your order under the 14-day cooling-off period, we reserve the right to deduct the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by us from your refund.

This is permitted under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, which provide that we are not required to reimburse delivery costs beyond the least expensive standard delivery option we offer. As free shipping is our only delivery method, the actual shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund where applicable.

You will be clearly informed of the exact deduction amount before your return is processed, so you can make an informed decision.

This deduction does not apply if the item you are returning is faulty, damaged, or not as described — in those cases, you will receive a full refund including any shipping costs.

4. Hygiene Exceptions

For hygiene and health protection reasons, the following items cannot be returned once the hygiene seal or protective packaging has been removed, unless they are faulty:

• Swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
• Socks that have been worn or tried on without underwear
• Underwear

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to:

• Items made to your personal specification or clearly personalised
• Print-on-demand or custom-branded items (once production has begun)
• Sealed goods which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery

6. How to Return

2. We will confirm your return request, provide the return address, and advise of any applicable shipping cost deduction — within 2 business days
3. Pack your items securely in their original packaging
4. Use a tracked shipping service — you are responsible for the item until it is received by us
5. Send the item within 14 days of notifying us

7. Return Shipping Costs

• Standard returns (change of mind): You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our warehouse
• Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost — please contact us before sending anything back

8. Refunds

Once we confirm your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Your refund will include:

• The full product cost
• Minus any applicable shipping cost deduction (as described in Section 3), where free shipping was provided on the original order

For faulty or incorrect items, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.

9. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at support@mychillo.com. Please include:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or a short video showing the fault

We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund as appropriate. We will cover all return shipping costs in this case.

10. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
