When you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email. A binding contract between us is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time before dispatch.

 If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed

 

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other countries as listed on our website at checkout.

 Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed

 Risk of loss passes to you on delivery

 For EU deliveries, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise

 We are not liable for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control

 

6. EU Consumer Rights

If you are an EU or UK consumer, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. See our Returns Policy for details.

 You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (EU/UK consumer right)

 Items must be unused and in original condition

 You bear the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

 

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as required by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
